Marine ranks for the A-Engine

chore-boy:you can sneak of them if they see you the scared call to help(shout)and some come to see what's happen or fight you with their broom if they have a pink hair(Coby bobyboby)
Sea-man recruit: The normal marines one with gun one with small gun and one with sword
Sea-Man apprentice: the normal marines just few more fast  hope you do a one with gun and one with swords
Sea-man first class: sword knife and gun(with 10 sprites to be able shoot to 10 direction)
Petty-Officer: fighting with their fists more strongest and fastest then sea-man first class
chief petty officer: tow knifes one sword and big gun
master chief petty officer: this is when they have special they attack with two small guns tow swords one big sword and with their fists
warrant-officer: fight with a machine(like in episode of Luffy)
ensign: attack with his fists really fast
Lieutenant Junior Grade: like warrant just more strong
Lieutenant: like junior grade just more defensive
Lieutenant Commander: (Hellempo will be with all of that)fight with bow-gun knifes 2 swords big sword his fists and two guns(guns special is Kairoseki bullet)
Commander: attack with just more powerful
Captain: it will be a not custom characters(Tashigi Coby and Hina)
Commodore: fight with two swords,machines(The Special. Epsiode Of Luffy)fists and legs and devil fruit
Rear Admiral: two swords(super combos and use kushuku haki) two guns(Kairoseki special) and devil fruit
vice-admiral: Boshuko and kushuku haki and has triple jump two guns two swords and devil fruit(Garp will be here too)
Admiral: Fujitora Aukiji Zepher And Kizaru
fleet Admirals: Akaino And Sengoku

Marine soldier level 1 (Sword, fists when disarmed, low damage).
Marine soldier level 2 (Same, low-medium damage).
Marine soldier level 3 (Same, medium damage).
Marine sniper level 1 (Ranged rifle, Very low-low damage).
Marine sniper level 2 (Same, low damage).
Marine sniper level 3 (Same, low-medium damage).
Marine officer level 1 (Sword, pistol, fists when disarmed, low-medium damage).
Marine officer level 2 (Same, medium damage).
Marine officer level 3 (Same, medium-high damage).

In a different tier, for more specific characters:

Vice admiral (Mini boss, high damage).
Admiral (Boss, very high damage).

Its going to be kinda like this

level 1
Marine Grunt (brawler, fists only)
Marine Swordsman (Sword)
Marine Rifleman (rifle)

level 2
Marine Cannon (cannonballs/cannon)
Marine Captain (dual swords/pistol)

wanted level, its going to be similar to GTA. Your actions in story mode determine the difficulty and type of waves of enemies that come after you

Yea but It gonna be just like this because i mean character you can play with them(and do Custom story mode with your friend when you Join marine Performed to a captain leave marine became pirate and all this things(X-Drake loL)

playing as a marine just means the marines won't attack you on sight. If you start attacking they'll fight back.

If a marine sees a pirate they'll chase you, if you run and don't fight back the wanted level will go away.

We might do stuff like wanted posters that you have to tear off to lower awareness like in Assassin's Creed also.
