One Piece A-Edition Demo(2) Progress (Cancelled)
Alright guys, I think its about time we start working for Demo 2 of One Piece A-Edition. Sadly we haven't received any suggestions for the game which we can add to the new demo (except from a member or 2). So here is the overall progress for the game:
Overall Progress Till Now
Main characters:
1-Monkey.D.luffy: 95%, 7 ground special moves, and 1 air special move.
2-Roronoa Zoro: 95%, 8 ground special moves, and 2 air special moves.
3-Nami: 20%, 0 ground special moves, no air special moves yet. (only basics are done)
4-Ussop : 60%, 4 ground special moves, no air special moves yet. (only basics are done)
5-Chopper: 70%, 5 ground special moves, no air special moves yet.(plan to redo him)
6-Sanji: 95%, 7 ground special moves, no air special moves (don't think I will add more)

Now about the Demo:
Well, in this demo we are gonna have about 20 characters! (more 10 will be added). The first 3 who will be unlocked will be still in the game. The other can be unlocked by defeating them in the stage mode and getting their passwords.(Don't worry though. The Unlocking codes used in the first demo are still the same for the characters. So your progress will be "saved". However, the new characters will have new unlocking codes). We will be adding new systems which were never seen before in the LF2 World (I hope so). The game will use the 2.0a exe this time, with a new epic design (since Team-A got an awesome designer now). Music will be there too, and also unlockables too along with the items and characters(you will unlock music).

alrite so it all looks as awesome as u told me and comboable. the haki charged attack is such an awesome idea it shud be the hell move. cant wait to test him first hand XD
other than that just one thing, is there anyway to make the haki look more........ i dunno fuzzier (less pointy). look at the "Nen" ability in HunterXHunter, imma look for vid showin it.

@Mark: I need your suggestions and comments too
@Pack: Well, you are saying this because you didn't c it in action. When you perform the move, you go to frames where shanks keep charging that kind of Aura (the animation is very smooth in reality but shows ugly (spikes) in the screen shot). When you press Attack, the aura widens and you "unleash" the attack. I will post a video showing it in action soon. Thanks for your comments guys above.

Gattling gun shouldn't be long !?!? I am really surprised that you said that. Gattling gun have always been like this in the anime. Its just that game makers made it short because of their small bgs and fighting grounds (like Mugen for example). About the pacifista, I knew this error from be4 but i forgot to fix it be4 release :facepalm:.
A simple movelist for the first 3 characters:

WAT? You beat the 2 stages already and unlocked all the characters?? Dude, you must be a very good player! Maybe we should play together someday. Anyways, sadly there is only 2 stages in this demo. And Kuma got the Ursus shock technique, Defense + Attack + Jump (all characters hell moves can be performed by D + A + J too). Also, I don't think we will do all the 3 admiral in demo 2 (we will only code 1). And i am asking you to choose who should we code from the three admirals. @Team-A members: I will release Shanks soon in our private workstation, I want you all to test him and gimme some feedback.
@Zoro alie: Yeah, i am doing the basic A+A+A 3 hit combo right now. I guess will be one of the most awesome characters just like Shanks I will try to get in Akainu in this demo (cuz he is kinda easy to code) but i won't code him soon. I really wanna code a character who is Trafalgar Law (i will do him after Aokiji). I really want to code this move he did here when he cut parts from the marines in his circle and start shuffling them. Its gonna be very cooool:

ehhhh, i thought u told me the finisher had a finishing stab after the right nd left slashes. its still epic without the stab but the stab will make it look more final. after it a slow re sheath of teh sword

Well, I never said that the stab move is a part of the hell move. You asked me that it would be cool if there is a fininshing stab at the end of the series of slashes. And I told you that I made some kind of a stab (not really a stab. Shanks dashs to the apponents and when he arrives, he unsheath (thanks for the new vocab) half of his sword and stop in front of him and cut him) that can win almost every clash, and it looks pretty cool. And now we spoiled another move for our spectators. Anyway, I will post Shanks in the private workstation after a while. Aokiji kicks the ground to form a row of consecutive ice slabs.
- Ice sword (combo):
A combo of five slashes:
- Logia dodge:
Because Aokiji is a logia, you can press defense just be4 you get hit to turn ice and teleport behind the enemy:

Yes it does consume mp. Just like Ace's and Enel's logia dodging. You can try it by pressing defend at the moment you get hit. It goes exactly the same way for Aokiji. However, Haki dodging is free from mp consuming (Shanks for e.g). And thanks for your comment! Actually there is, but not really much (i am busy with skool n' stuff). I made 1 new move (Ice ball) and updated the ice sword combo. But i don't think its worth posting yet. I will do my best and post 2morrow some real progress

'progress 2morrow' along with 'School'..... 2 statements which each shouldn't be present with the presence of the other.... This doesn't mean that i won't be working. I am, but, at the most minimum speed. Anyways, I FINALLY did some work on Aokiji and i would like to show it here, so PLEASE COMMENT!:I will do my best and post 2morrow some real progress
Ice Ball (First used against Whitebeard in the war of the best. It didn't work on him though):

Note be4 u c: I know it really looks systematic, and the ice obstacles needs to be some kinda random in shape (Ice pillars, Ice blocks...etc). So this is not the final shape of the move. It will be changed in the future:

Really glad you liked it! And NEVER tell someone, you are the best. Cuz there maybe more coders who appears to be better than each other. IMO the best coder out there is some guy called "YinYin". There also some coders who are better than me like BluePhoenix, Zxcv, Azriel...etc.
Actually, there are 3 more moves I wand to add for Aokiji:
1- Pheasent beak (that Ice bird he used against Ace in the War of the best)
2- Some upper combo.
3- A defensive move, that is an ice pillar that appears in front of Aokiji blocking the opponent and stopping various attacks.
