I need help with starting the game

I've been trying to get this game to work for quite a while, I'm insanely desperate to play it, but it always freezes after i press Enter at game start. I know others have complained and A-man has said just press enter once, wait, etc. but nothings working. My cpu isn't slow. What should i do?

how long have you waited after pressing Enter at game start?
you just leave it like for 1 full minute or 2..
if then again other exe doesn't show up, then please tell us moar about your PC specs and OS etc..

Move the Folder of the game to a shorter place, like C:/
Good Place:
C:/OnePiece A
Bad Place:
C:/Games/LittleFighter/Mods/ATeamMods/OnePece A Edition
It seems that the game cant load the data in long destinations, the new A-Engine would fix this common error?

How do I change the folder destination?

Move the OPAE folder to that directory, though I seriously doubt if this is going to help
