Mine would be Rob Lucci's rokougan its just so awesome and well done in the anime.

Law: Shambles...that move is just awesome. Especially for Sanji.
Sanji: That plastic surgery kick, it's hilarious

i love kumas attack that makes u fly and the multiple pad ho ones.
and of course lion song from zoro

Brook's Yahazu Giri and freezing sword attacks are really cool as well.

No because if akainu sees Nami he will run away.

One of the best attacks I've seen on OP is Zeifer's Smash BUSTA!

I like Zoro's Asura, Luffy-TS' Gear Third Haki Armament.
