[NEW] Rank Layout Competition

So hey guys so the forum team has decided to create a new rank layout, but we would like you guys to create a base template for us to work on and expand on. All you need to do to participate is just submit your layout design here! Minna, Ikuzo!

Here is an example of a rank:


The Rules
- Layouts must follow this - Rank Layout (click link).
- Layout size must be 155 x 70 pixels. (A little shorter from the current ones)
- Please try to upload the PSD files with the submission, it makes it easier for us to edit the layout if chosen.
- Layout can include a colour scheme but its not required.
- There needs to be a place for an animated Jolly Roger to be placed in and space for the rank name itself.
- Layout does not have to follow the basic design of a rectangle.

Prizes
- First place will have their layout used in the forum and will receive 2000 belies.
- 2nd place will receive 1000 belies.
- 3rd place will receive 500 belies.
- All participants will receive 100 belies.

Submission Date
The deadline will be the 5th January - 15th January.

Extra Stuff
- You can use any illustrating program like Photoshop and Gimp.
- Upload the PSD files to Mediafire (click on the link).
- No gifs allowed please.
