Forum New Banner Contest

So, you all must've got bored of:

And so, in order to change it, a contest will be set up. Participants will have to make a new banner for the forum, and the winner will get the following:
1-700 belies
2-Have his banner used for the forum
3-Will have the opportunity to test out Marco before everyone else! (Few days before even the Team members themselves!!)

So the rules are:
1-The banner should be One Piece related.
2-The banner should have the proportions: 800 * 141 as the current one.
3-No large loady Gif's. (We don't want a semi video for a banner!)

800 x 141?? But...those dimensions are weird..could it be shifted to 140, or even better, 150?
