Finished FMA yesterday. -> I liked it! (rated it 8/10 on my MAL account lol)
Started FMA:B yesterday. -> sucks that they had to get new voice for Alphonse cause the kid that voiced him is no longer a kid lol (I watch my anime in English)
Watched FMA Conqueror of Shamballa - more closure for the ending of FMA.

FMAB is the actual story which follows manga.. FMA is just a non canon anime which expands some of the events in FMAB and has different concept.. Trust me FMAB is far better than FMA..

Yes I was made aware of that by my friends before I started the series. The first half of FMA follows the manga till there was no manga left to follow.

Well, the main character gets "The power of the King" from a female character and joins japanese rebellion against foreigners, where they use mechs to fight. Yeah, it's kinda hard not to see similarities.

The characters and the story were just full cliché moments. Still, the soundtrack and animation were one of the best I've seen, and with the being setting was so similar to Code Geass, it was quite enjoyable. If you like action, this is one of the best anime out there.

So One Punch Man is now adopted. xD

Now I'm not sure what to do. One Punch Man has been sitting on my Planned-to-Read list for quite a while. Should I read it first or wait for the anime?

lol, adoption did sound fit. Anyway, One Punch Man is pretty cool, and has one of the coolest main characters ever. The manga's art is awesome, and people believe that even the anime won't be able to reach its' level of detail. Check out this bonus special chapter, and you be the judge:

If you want something nice and funny to watch after this, watch Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou. It's pure randomness. Just watch this ending and you'll know what I mean. Funniest. Anime. Ever! xD

It's really good, best this season. Much of the people that made the hunter x hunter 2011 anime are the ones working on parasyte. Which means top notch animating, great story, and some of the best voice acting. Anyone else hyped for the next few seasons- one punch man and the return of gintama Shocked

One punch man is also going to be animated by madhouse(so much for the "trouble detailing as good as the manga" part)

@bashcrazy no one knows, viz has said it had been outbid and others say it is still being fought over(dubbing rights). Its hard to get this anime dubbed because they want it to be on tv and dub it right+ long-running. Don't expect it to be dubbed this year, the last series took like 6-9 years to be picked up and the dub wasn't a success(it was a horrible dub). Best thing to do is check animenewsnetwork on a daily basis(that way you get news from other things aswell).

Okay, I got around reading 2 chapters of it. So far, it looks okay. Manga usually gets better around 20 chapter or so, so I'm not making any calls right now. But if Madhouse is animating One Punch Man, then it is must good. Like, really good. For those who don't know, Madhouse is same animation studio that has worked on some of the greatest shows over time such as Trigun, Monster, Death Note, Hunter x Hunter, No Game No Life, and Parasyte.
